job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFull-time positions available Provide direct support and supervision to youth in a structured home environment Utilize verbal de-escalation techniques and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) strategies as trained Maintain a calm, consistent, and therapeutic approach, even in high-stress situations Assist in creating a safe environment through patience, empathy, and clear communication Adapt to rapidly changing situations and support team members in collaborative problem-solving Emotional Outbursts : including spitting, cursing, yelling, or running away (AWOL) Physical Aggression : such as hitting, kicking, biting, or hair pulling Self-Injurious Behaviors Ability to stay composed and make sound decisions under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills A high level of patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence Capacity to follow safety protocols and implement intervention techniques as trained ADDED PERKS !!!
