Job Title : Quality Specialist – Product Field Action Support
Location : Portage, MI (Hybrid option available after training : in-office Mon & Fri)
Job Type : Contract (with potential for extension)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Specialist to support the Product Field Action team . This individual contributor role is essential for maintaining quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing quality control processes across all stages of the Field Action lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and enforce quality standards throughout the Product Field Action process.
- Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Assess risks and recommend improvements to enhance quality and compliance.
- Oversee all quality control aspects, including :
- Case intake and processing
- Record documentation and retention
- Product destruction protocols
- Internal and external customer communications
- Facilitate internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate and support quality training initiatives for relevant teams.
- Handle high volumes of data entry and email communications (100+ emails / day).
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks.
