Superintendent - Hyperscale Data Center, Low Voltage Cabling

Established in the early 2000s, we are one of the largest technology integrators in the United States. We provide a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for the design, installation, and long-term support of integrated systems-seamlessly combining network cabling, multimedia, security, and wireless technologies into a single, unified platform.

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Superintendent to lead the construction and operational oversight of hyperscale data centers across the U.S. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing low-voltage and structured cabling teams, and a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role requires full-time travel across the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end construction of hyperscale data centers, ensuring successful project delivery from ground-breaking to commissioning.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and execution strategies.
• Oversee the installation of electrical, low-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct routine site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes for materials, tools, and services.
