What You'll Do :

As an AIT, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced healthcare leaders, gaining hands-on experience in managing a skilled nursing facility. You'll rotate through every department, learning the ins and outs of clinical operations, finance, HR, compliance, and resident care — preparing you to become a licensed Administrator.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shadow and support the Licensed Administrator in daily operations
• Learn regulatory and compliance standards (state and federal)
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and care planning
• Engage with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive environment
• Build the skills to lead a facility with compassion and integrity
