Full Pay Range : $22.07 to $33.11 per hour

Position Summary :

Provides support in the daily operations of the Victim Services Unit; advocates for victims of crime; provides support services for victims of crime; and serves as a liaison between victims of crime / witnesses to crime to the criminal justice process / system.

Primary / Backup handler of an Emotional Support Facility Canine assigned to the Victim Services Unit. Those duties include :

Qualifications :

Education and / or Experience :

High school diploma or GED is required. A degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related fie ld is preferred, but not required ; two (2) years of experience working or interning / volunteering in the field of criminal justice, social work, crisis intervention, victim advocacy, or case management; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.

Licensing, Certification, and Other Requirements :

Possess a valid Arizona driver's license.
