Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized services for students from PreK through 4th and 8th grade across multiple K-12 school sites in New Haven, CT. This is a contract assignment for the current school year (CSY), with an itinerant schedule offering hands-on clinical opportunities in an onsite educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to diverse student populations spanning early childhood to middle school grades
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute communication expertise to support student success

Qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid Connecticut SLP licensure mandatory
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy, including teletherapy and clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
