Join Our Team as a Produce Lead!

As our Produce Lead , you’ll play a key role in keeping our produce department fresh, organized, and inviting for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Produce Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for all things produce! Your responsibilities will include :

  • Overseeing the produce department to ensure it’s well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Inspecting and maintaining product quality to guarantee only the freshest items are available.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies to keep the department running smoothly.
  • ️ Assisting with setup and displays that showcase our produce in the best way possible.
  • Providing excellent customer service by helping shoppers find what they need and answering their questions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who :

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in a produce department or similar role.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Is a team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
  • Can lift and move produce items as needed (because those watermelons don’t move themselves!).
  • Is passionate about fresh, high-quality food and creating a great shopping experience.
