Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Fire Alarm Technician. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems, ensuring they comply with relevant codes and standards. Daily tasks include performing system tests, responding to service calls, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with Low Voltage Engineering and Alarm Systems
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Life Safety standards
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems and safety are a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
