Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer with 5-10 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, exceptional proficiency in industry-standard design software, and proven expertise in video editing. This role will involve creating visual assets that align with our brand and engage our audience across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality visual content, including digital and print materials such as brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and website assets.Create and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns, client communications, and internal initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.Translate complex financial concepts into clear, visually appealing designs that resonate with diverse audiences.Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to creative projects.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers as needed.Requirements
5-10 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the financial services industry.Expertise in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital, print, and video content, ideally within financial services.Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.Ability to translate brand guidelines into creative, consistent, and impactful visuals.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).Knowledge of UX / UI design principles is a plus.Benefits
