Project Manager – Large-Scale Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead major structural steel projects from contract award through completion. This is your chance to work with a well-established steel fabricator known for delivering some of the most recognizable structures in the industry. You’ll take the lead on complex, high-profile builds, collaborating with talented in-house teams and trusted partners to ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to impeccable quality standards.

What You’ll Do :

Own your projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Interpret and execute from architectural and structural drawings with precision.

Coordinate seamlessly with detailing, fabrication, and erection teams.

Be the central point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

Anticipate and solve challenges before they become roadblocks.

Lead meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage change orders.

Keep safety, quality, and client satisfaction at the forefront of every decision.

What You Bring :

Solid track record managing large-scale structural steel projects.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Proficiency with MS Office; experience with BlueBeam, Tekla Power Fab Suite, or Tekla Models a plus.

Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits :

$85,000 - $125,000 (DOE)
