Your total compensation package (base pay + bonus) could exceed $300K based on experience and location!
Key Responsibilities :
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established standards of care.Monitor patient care quality using available data and chart reviews.Coordinate patient services, including specialty referrals and home health care.Actively participate in daily huddles, providing medical expertise to the care team.Foster a cooperative practice environment with a professional demeanor.Complete medical record documentation promptly, optimizing coding specificity.Adhere to policies and protocols set by Clinical Leadership.Engage in discussions about quality of care and outcome data with the Regional Medical Director.Explore growth opportunities for new or existing services within the Center.Participate in the local primary care “on-call” program as needed.Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.Dedicate 100% of your time to direct patient care, including administrative tasks related to patient care.Make a Difference with Your Skills!Required Qualifications :
Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain one in the state of practice.Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and patients.Fully engaged in the concept of integrated team-based care.Willingness to adapt to a value-based care setting.Superior patient / customer service skills.Basic computer skills, including email and EMR.This role is patient-facing and requires participation in CenterWell’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.Preferred Qualifications :
Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.Active and unrestricted DEA license.Medicare Provider Number.2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients.Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.Bilingual skills are a plus.Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators.What We Offer :
