The Opportunity :

CACI is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to work within the scrum team to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM capabilities in support of automated network discovery and situational awareness tools. The ServiceNow ITOM Engineer will assess the business impact of specific technologies and proposed strategies and to identify and address technical or operational risks.

Responsibilities :

Utilizes a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities

Proposes the shared data needs between the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset Management, and Event Management / Integration and related ITOM / ITSM / ITIL processes cross platform and unique provider contracts

Utilizes current ITIL best practices for CMDB procedures and provides input or feedback for continuous improvement

Plans for data ingestion and integration from different customer sources, makes design recommendations on that data, and works to reconcile data based on the chosen authoritative source

ITOM and ITSM Suite Service Portal Implementation and Customization

Develops Service Portal widgets and capabilities

Leverages UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts

Implements users, groups, roles, and ACL management

Develops applications and modules using scripted REST APIs and customized notifications, approvals, and inbound email actions

Qualifications : Required :

Must possess an active TS / SCI Clearance with Polygraph

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or other technical discipline

Minimum of 7 years' technical experience to include ServiceNow, utilizing ITOM and / or ITSM

2years' experience working on complex ITOM or ITSM projects

2 years' experience with a scripting language (JavaScript is preferred)

Strong communication skills

Security+ certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months of start date

Desired :

Possesses Service Now Developer certifications, such as Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping certifications

Strong technical background with Splunk ITSI

Strong technical background in Cloud Architecture

System Administration knowledge for at least one operating system : Linux, Unix, Windows

Knowledge of networking protocols : TCP / IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNS

A high-level understanding of key security concepts, such as firewall design

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is :

$113,200 - $237,800
