POSITION SNAPSHOT : Our client is hiring a high-impact Account Manager to lead customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and site-level commercial performance at its Greater Austin, TX facility-an essential hub in the company's national manufacturing network. This role is focused on accelerating growth within a 100-mile radius of Travis and Williamson Counties, TX by building a diverse and scalable customer base across industrial, medical, and high-spec manufacturing segments. As the regional face of our client's value proposition, you will cultivate strategic relationships with new and existing customers, driving both immediate wins and long-term profitability. You'll be responsible for identifying cross-site opportunities, introducing solutions that leverage broader capabilities across the network, and ensuring the client's site operates at or above optimal capacity through targeted growth strategies and close collaboration with Operations and Finance.
In addition to driving customer expansion, the Account Manager will own site-level commercial performance, including pricing mix, pipeline velocity, and margin improvement to support EBITDA goals. You'll report directly to the Executive Leadership Team, providing regular updates on quoting metrics, revenue performance, and commercial risks and opportunities. Success in this role requires a commercially accountable mindset, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to communicate technical value propositions to a range of stakeholders-from engineers to procurement teams. You'll work closely with centralized quoting, marketing, customer service, and RevOps to ensure consistent execution across every customer touchpoint.
