Key Responsibilities
Meet performance goals for patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
Provide services to customers while acting as a patient advocate and resolving issues
Utilize systems to assist with appointments, authorizations, claims, and benefits
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate multiple chat channels
Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) including weekends and holidays as needed
