JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Practice Setting : Inpatient, Outpatient, Call
  • Reason for Coverage : Growth of clinical services and provider departures
  • Call Schedule : Q7
  • Call Ratio : Q7
  • Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day : 12-14
  • Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day : Not responsible for direct admissions, hospitalists will handle admissions, 5-10 consults per day
  • Trauma Level / Designation : Level 1
  • Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group : 17
  • Will Other Cardiologists be Present During our Locum's Coverage? Yes
  • Will the Locum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers? : APPs will support rounding, and will need supervision; also supervise stress tests cardiac rehab as needed
  • Patient Age Demographic : Adult
  • Documentation System / EMR : Epic
  • Prefers local candidates or physicians that are already licensed in MN.
