The Director Of Learning & Organizational Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and support leadership & employee development. This role will collaborate with the CHRO, Sr. HRBP Team, and senior leaders across the organization to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment with loanDepot's strategic goals.
