Washington Family Law Attorney

A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney to join their team in a remote or hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal support and advice on complex family law matters including divorce and custody

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and represent clients in court proceedings

Conduct case analysis, develop strategies, and maintain positive client relationships

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed attorney in good standing with the WA state bar

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Proficient in legal research and writing
