Sign-On Bonus : Up to $30,000

Relocation Package : Partial

Salary : $95,617 - $143,416

Job Duties :

• Lead and support clinical staff in outpatient dialysis clinics.
• Manage staffing, team building, and professional development.
• Monitor adherence to policies, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure resource availability.
• May provide direct patient care as needed.
