Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Bernards, New Jersey.
Duties :
- Partner with the functional recruiting team, HRIS colleagues, and IT to deliver end-to-end systems projects for internal stakeholders
- Lead the recruiting process lifecycle, from needs assessment and solution design to testing, implementation, and adoption
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable Workday Recruiting solutions and technical specifications
- Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting based on business and design requirements
- Provide regular status updates, ensuring milestones are met and results are achieved on time
- Plan, test, and validate system enhancements, ensuring smooth deployment
- Troubleshoot production issues, implement solutions, and conduct retesting to confirm resolution
- Train and mentor the HRIS recruiting team on advanced Workday configurations
- Contribute to Workday recruiting strategy and transformation initiatives, including process design and participation in DPGs
- Build strong, strategic partnerships with stakeholders and present recommendations and updates to leadership

7+ years of relevant experience with strong project management skillsExpertise in Workday Business Process Framework and advanced Recruiting configurationProficient in creating / modifying complex recruiting processes, condition rules, validation conditions, and custom reportsStrong understanding of job profiles, positions, skills, supervisory organizations, and configurable securityAbility to prototype, test, and demo solutions in sandbox environmentsSkilled in developing user-friendly, automated solutions to address complex business needsProven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independentlyBenefits :

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
