Leverage extensive experience in healthcare finance, specifically in process management, financial planning & analysis, pro forma financial projections, service line analysis, capital planning and strategy.

Responsibilities
- Deliver industry expertise and management consulting services in support of client engagements across large providers (hospitals, health systems, AMCs, large physician groups, clinics, outpatient facilities, etc.)
- Lead transformational change focused on financial improvement of multiple large healthcare systems, owning projects, not components or workstreams
- Clearly articulate financial results of multiple projects and discuss process and sub‑process measures for more than one area
- Establish account management relationships with key client decision makers
- Identify key industry issues and develop a practice response
- Assist in the development of industry alliances and relationships within vertical markets
- Provide delivery assurance support for engagements with targeted clients
- Mentor Guidehouse staff on assignments within the account delivering services
- Provide visible leadership within the account and the practice
- Lead consulting projects, Statements of Work, Project Plans, Write Proposals, Present to Client Executive; Facilitate, Advise, and Persuade key decision makers and influencers
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree8+ years recent experience working within a large healthcare provider setting focused on performance improvement labor and non‑labor optimization, clinical operations and beyond, much of which is at the management level3+ years delivering programs in a consulting or consulting‑like environment; driving complex, multi‑faceted, multi‑site, application / operational change / improvement programs with annual budgets of $10 million plus (30+ resources)Excellent financial acumen and stakeholder‑management skillsExperience leading complex projects with multiple workstreamsAbility and willingness to travel up to 75%Nice to Have
Positive, clear interpersonal and communication skills with ability to facilitate the exchange of information at all levels internally and with client departments, including surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, hospital executives, and other professional and ancillary staffAbility to develop and monitor performance metrics at all levels of operations both clinical and non‑clinical8+ years rigorous project / program management leadership of complex provider deliverables with 5 of those years in larger provider systemsPMO experience or PMP certification is a plusKnowledge of and familiarity with IT solutions and tech‑enabled solutions integral to enabling efficiency and quality and throughput of careCapacity to adapt and lead others to understand and accept values, strategies, goals and plans in response to changing business conditionsCompensation
The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00–$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
