Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with their insurance needs
  • Service existing insurance policies, including processing changes, renewals, and inquiries
  • Provide accurate quotes for new policies and assist potential clients in selecting the right coverage
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and growth
  • Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Valid California Insurance License (Property & Casualty) required
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and insurance-related software is a plus
