Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Review open accounts receivable and prioritize medical claim activities

Develop relationships with payers to resolve claim issues and ensure timely follow-up on unpaid claims

Document key accounts and escalate issues to supervisors as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of experience in medical or pharmacy claim billing / collections or a valid medical billing / coding certificate

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to train during the first two weeks and work flexible 8-hour shifts
