What You’ll Do :

As a Residential Counselor , you’ll directly support individuals with mental health needs in a Group Living Environment (GLE), helping them build life skills, confidence, and community connections. This is more than a job - it’s a chance to be a mentor, advocate, and catalyst for growth.
