Home Health Registered Nurse Compensation

The pay for this position is $48.69 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Home Health Registered Nurse Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (no weekends required)

On-call rotation required every 3 weeks ( $25 per weekday / $50 per weekend day or holiday )

Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.50 per mile

Work is onsite covering the Greater Indianapolis, IN area

Home Health Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in community or facility settings

Implement and supervise care plans while ensuring health maintenance and disease prevention

Coordinate communication between healthcare professionals to address patient needs

Ensure compliance with medication management policies, including administration, storage, errors, and disposal

Document patient health status in nursing notes and maintain accurate records

Provide training and annual recertification for staff on health and safety topics

Supervise licensed practical / vocational nurses and oversee care delivery

Maintain communication with inpatient nursing and discharge coordinators when patients are hospitalized

Home Health Registered Nurse Requirements

Active Indiana RN license or compact state license required

Home health experience preferred

OASIS experience preferred

High School Diploma or GED required

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
