The Program Analyst will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and evaluating program performance to identify areas for improvement.
The Program Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate communication, gather requirements, and provide recommendations based on analytical findings.
Additionally, the role involves assisting in the development of program documentation, tracking project milestones, and supporting the implementation of best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of work-related experience in management support.
- Demonstrated technical understanding and ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR, three (3) years of specialized experience in : financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes; integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects.
- Skill set requires demonstrating both a comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices along with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents utilizing the Microsoft (MS) Office suite of products.
- Experience in processing complex and lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns, participating in Technical Progress and Design Reviews and program technical meetings, and providing status and inputs to technical reports, white papers and meetings.
- Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and clean data for AI models.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and workflows.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI systems.
- Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide support for management activities.
- This position is required to be designated as IAT II level with a T3.
