As a member of the Steely team, you will be at the forefront of product development, engaging in hands-on work that shapes meaningful solutions. We cater to a diverse clientele, including both government and commercial customers. Our primary mission centers in fortifying VSAT networks and creating custom enterprise software.
Successful candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance. Therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day business objectives.
Ideal candidate must have good interpersonal, time management, and written communications skills.
Organize and maintain corporate documentation and prepare business filings.
Coordinate with supply chain to support shipping and receiving of goods.
Prepare monthly status updates based on cross-functional team's accomplishments, milestones met, deliverables submitted, and upcoming activities or plans.
Review monthly invoicing to ensure accounting and receipts are accurate and complete.
Ensure customer deadlines are met, and deliverables satisfy specific requirements.
Create and update databases to ensure team's work is accurately documented and maintained in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
Ideal candidates must have good interpersonal, time management, and written communications skills.
Conduct research, analysis, report writing, and report editing for team.
Identifies business opportunities and provides solutions to capitalize on the opportunities.
Facilitates in the Identification of the required skills and talent needed to successfully.
Qualifications
Required Skills
A minimum of ten years of experience in multiple areas, including Finance, Accounting, or Business Operations is required.
Experience establishing and maintaining small businesses preferred (e.g. LLCs, C Corps, Series LLCs, Trusts)
Preferred Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a time and to rapidly adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and budgets.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Expert computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related disciplines from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
