Role : Salesforce BSA / Product Owner

Job description :

• Looking for a Sr Salesforce BSA / Product Owner with strong experience in working across multiple Salesforce programs simultaneously.
• Must have experience working hand-in-hand with multiple program teams, enterprise architects, and business leaders in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Extensive Healthcare Payer Sales stream experience is a must.
• Extensive experience in BSA / Product Owner / Product Manager roles is a must.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce, including Experience Cloud & Health Cloud, is required.
• Total IT industry experience of at least 8 years, with at least 5 of those in Salesforce.com and Sales / Service / Experience Cloud.
• Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales / Service / Experience Cloud / Salesforce / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary.
• Should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials.
• Must have worked in minimum of 1-2 Health Cloud implementations.
• Experience and domain knowledge in healthcare payer business is a huge plus.
