Electrical Construction Manager (Austin)

What Youll Do

• Maintain a safe work environment for Company and Contractor employees
• Develop a workable schedule taking in consideration other crafts schedule
• Develop Scope of Work for the project, that contractors can bid off of
• Ensure on time, or ahead of time delivery of construction projects, solve problems and prioritize execution
• Ability to evaluate construction, electrical one lines, drawings
• Validate contractor bids against cost / schedule estimates
• Evaluate, negotiate and process change orders, submittals and RFIs
• Provide clear, concise direction to trades helping prioritize efficient build-out
• Coordinate with the trades to sequence work adequately
• Troubleshoot, walk down, and resolve issues that arise from the field
• Quickly respond to queries and resolve any technical barriers to completion
• Develop templates and standards for future phases / projects
• Interact with third party inspection personnel and City / State / County inspectors
