Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Buyer located in Wayzata, MN. The Merchandise Buyer will be responsible for selecting and purchasing jewelry and related products. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, building relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store carries a compelling product mix. The Merchandise Buyer will also collaborate with the sales team to align inventory with customer preferences and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Purchasing and negotiating with suppliers
• Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones required
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
