You’ll lead a team of four (AP, AR, Invoicing, and Reception) and you will be responsible for : Financial Leadership Managing month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Preparing monthly financial packages and annual reports for CPA filings Overseeing payroll (via Paycom), commissions, and bonus processing Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and regulatory reporting requirements HR & Benefits Administration Processing payroll accurately and on time, including employee record updates Supporting onboarding, terminations, PTO accruals, and compliance with labor laws Managing annual benefits enrollment and renewals (health, 401k, Life, AD&D, LTD, STD, COBRA) Providing responsive support to employees for payroll and benefits inquiries Assisting managers with progressive discipline and compliance matters Strategic & Team Leadership Partnering with the CEO and management team on financial and operational initiatives Leading and developing your accounting / support team across multiple locations Driving operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) 5+ years of Accounting Management experience in $20M+ annual revenue companies Proven leadership experience managing accounting and HR / payroll functions Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience overseeing P&L and driving operational efficiency Your Skills & Strengths Confident decision-maker with strong business acumen Skilled in payroll, benefits, compliance, and multi-state HR practices Excellent communicator with ability to support cross-functional teams Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and drive Compensation & Benefits Salary : $120,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience Bonus opportunities Comprehensive Medical plans and HSA Voluntary Dental, Vision, Supplemental Life, Disability, Accident, and Cancer polices 401(k) with company match Company paid Basic Life & AD&D and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Work / Life Balance – Vacation and Sick Days, 9 Paid Holidays , + Your Birthday Hybrid work model (corporate office + remote flexibility) Apply Today If you’re ready to advance your career and make an impact as an Accounting Manager with leadership visibility and hybrid flexibility, we want to hear from you.
