About the role

HOW YOU WILL HAVE IMPACT

We’re looking for a mission-driven Data Engineer to join ForceMetrics in designing, building, and scaling a power data platform that fuels insights for internal teams and external stakeholders alike. In this role, you’ll build and maintain robust, reliable data pipelines that power our product, support complex analytics, and enable data-driven decisions for our users.

As an early member of our team, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape our data engineering best practices, influence critical technical decisions, and create key areas of ownership. We’re actively seeking someone who is a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and excited to contribute to a growing team with a bold mission.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop scalable and reliable data pipelines to collect, transform, and load customer data, maintaining high standards for data integrity and quality.

• Build, customize, and configure self-service tools to empower data consumers across the company to extract, analyze, and visualize data from internal sources
• Continuously evaluate and refine data sources and implement processes to enhance data accuracy, completeness, and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for new tools, metrics, and techniques to improve data engineering processes and outcomes
• Partner with teams across the company to understand business objectives and develop analytics solutions that drive key results
