Director Of Sales Property Management Technology (SaaS)
Established company with Real Estate / Property Management software solutions is seeking an experienced Software Sales Executive to lead the company's expansion efforts.
Sales Executive we are searching for must have experience and success in software sales to the real estate, construction, property management or related industries. They will grow sales and maintain relationships with REITS and Multifamily Housing Operators.
The individual will be responsible for building / mentoring the company's sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects in the multifamily housing market
- Strategically work with REITs to increase company's software utilization
- Grow and mentor the company's sales team
- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development
- Negotiate and close enterprise-level deals
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, implementation, and support
- Attend and represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and conferences
- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts in the CRM
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction
Qualifications :
35 years of enterprise software (SaaS) sales experienceHave managed and mentored software sales professionalsProven success selling to or within the multifamily property management industryExperience working with REITsExcellent negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approachHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote roleStrong presentation and interpersonal communication skillsWillingness to travel within the region
