Please note : This is an on-site position based in Windsor, CO. Candidates must be local or willing to commute regular ly.

What You'll Do

• WorkPrepare competitive estimates for private commercial and industrial projects (TI, ground-up, PEMB)Perform accurate takeoffs and develop pricing proposals in response to RFPs
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to scope, qualify, and align bids
• Attend pre-bid site visits and walkthroughs when needed
• Identify value-engineering solutions that improve cost and constructability
