Superintendent (Lincoln)

Ground Up Construction Recruiting is partnered with a local commercial general contractor in Lincoln to help them hire a Superintendent .

They're a close-knit, humble team of 16 people made up of 7 superintendents, 2 project managers, 4 carpenters, and 3 office support staff. They'll do about $30M in revenue this year and have growing backlog of $25M+.

They're expertise is design-bid-build with 85% being public work and 15% private. Most of their projects have consisted of schools, fitness / athletic complexes, offices, churches, parks, and fire stations - 40% ground up and 60% remodels.

They've been in business for 10 years and the owner loves delivering high-quality projects that will positively impact the community. Controlled, sustainable growth is important to him, so hiring the right people that want to help build the company and are looking for a long-term home is key.

The Deal

• $90k-$115k salary + bonus

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of commercial GC experience at a Superintendent level that desires to grow with a smaller company, wants the ability to make decisions in the field without having to jump through a bunch of corporate hoops, appreciates a quality process, and is self-motivated to build great projects for the community.
