Director, Commercial eCommerce Sales Excellence
Microsofts Global Marketing Engines + Experiences (GMEE) organization is leading the transformation of marketing at Microsoft with programs and engines that allow us to engage in a more personal way with our customers while driving measured business outcomes. Within GMEE, eCommerce businesses are a foundational way for Microsoft to acquire and build relationships with our customers at scale through our direct to customer channels.
The Director, Commercial eCommerce Sales Excellence drives accountability for business growth through operational rigor, strategic insights, and disciplined execution across Microsofts marketing and sales teams. In this role, you will frequently monitor revenue results to identify growth drivers and variances with forecasts. You will root cause variance across regions, products, and customers. Evangelize your learnings across marketing and sales organizations and calibrate expectations on future results. This role requires a blend of experiences including business performance management, analytical thinking, executive influence, and innate curiosity. To be successful in this role, you must have strong skills in written and oral communications, strong analytical acumen, and a can-do attitude and the willingness to tackle hard problems in innovative ways.
