Our team is expanding to offer comprehensive pediatric care with both in-person and remote services, giving our team members flexibility in their schedules. We offer a supportive environment for healthcare providers, designed to reduce stress and promote work-life balance.
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric / Family Provider to join our healthcare team. This role offers flexible scheduling with hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday-1 week of call every 3-4 months . In this position, you will provide care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting and utilize telemedicine as needed. Also, available 4 hour shifts.
Working just 4 days per week qualifies you for full benefits, with a competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $300,000 annually, based on experience.
Qualifications :
- Active California License (Required)
- Board-certified Pediatric / Family MD / DO General Pediatrician OR Family Practitioner
- EHR Experience Required
- New grads welcome
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents
