Key Position Details :

The Allina Health Cancer Institute is seeking a Urology Oncology Physician Assistant to join the practice.

• Full-time position located in Minneapolis at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. This role may provide coverage at other metro Allina Health Cancer Institute locations.
• The position is Monday through Friday, encompassing five days per week.
• The role includes seeing patients in clinic, in the hospital and assisting in surgery.
• Position may require weekend rounding in the future.

Job Description :

Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a Physician / Physician Assistant team in accordance with the designated specialty. Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.

Principle Responsibilities

Completes comprehensive patient assessments.

Promotes communication within the team and other interdisciplinary health care staff.

Pay Range

Pay Range : $131,144 to $159,432 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
