Assistant Director for Heller Executive Programs
Brandeis University a distinguished top-tier private research university recognized for its academic excellence and leading-edge research has an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Assistant Director for Heller Executive Programs .
Position Summary :
As the Assistant Director you will have a vital role in planning for and delivering the new year-long, non-degree Brandeis Physicians Foundation Leadership Institute executive education program. The program, developed in partnership with the Physicians Foundation, will bring 25 physician participants through a 12-month curriculum, including two in-person, intensive five-day residency sessions and regular synchronous online Zoom classes.
Key Responsibilities :
As the Asst Director you will work in collaboration with the Director, Sr. Associate Director, and Associate Director to provide management and support of the faculty and the participants of the program including :
You will manage the program faculty, providing oversight for this group, throughout the program.
Create and maintain a site repository for course materials. Meet with each faculty member (this program has 12 courses)
Communicate information about the participant population
Assist in logistical planning for the intensive in-person sessions.
Triage participant questions as they prepare for, and move through, the program.
Manage the ordering of academic and classroom materials and supplies.
Support all day webinars in terms of tech needs and support faculty in prep and execution of such webinars.
Job Requirements
Education : BS / BA
Experience : 3-5 years Ideal candidate will have experience in higher education administration and knowledge of the healthcare industry including how organizations are structured, challenges facing industry leadership, and physician specialties.
