PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : To provide excellent customer service and internal support to an assigned team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE :
Provide excellent customer service to external customers and internal support to an assigned teamAct as a liaison between customers and team members; direct calls to appropriate escalation path as neededProvide detailed notes on phone calls, and track and code documentation according to standard processesEducate and inform customers about processes, timelines and status of inquiries via multiple communication channelsResolve issues with one call / one-person responsesInvestigate customer feedbackTrack trendsAssist with developing corrective / preventative actionsPerform administrative tasksQUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing : High school diploma or GED requiredSkills : Strong oral and written communication, computer literate including Microsoft Office, organizational skills requiredExperience : Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredTAKING CARE OF YOU
