About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Superintendent to oversee all field operations related to concrete structural work on large-scale civil construction projects in the Dallas area. This role is critical to ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all field activities related to concrete structure and civil construction, including RCP and RCB structures
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets specifications and industry standards.
• Manage labor resources, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity.
• Conduct daily site inspections and progress meetings.
• Resolve field issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
