Project Control Specialist

Allied Resources is hiring a Project Controls professional to validate and approve contractor labor and material invoices, monitoring costs against budget, and conduct variance analysis. This is a direct-hire role located in Newton, Kansas supporting a large construction project offering up to $145k in base.

Job Responsibilities :

• Execute cost control, project controls, or contract administration on reimbursable construction project's
• Ensure all invoices are supported by timesheets, receipts, and appropriate documentation.
• Review subcontractor bids and invoices for compliance with contract allowances.
• Review, reconcile, and approve high-value invoices with accuracy and consistency.
