A company is looking for a GTM Operations Analyst, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire GTM compensation lifecycle including plan design, modeling, and payout validation
Maintain and optimize commission workflows and tools
Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to align on targets, quotas, and payout processes
Required Qualifications
2-5 years in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or a related field
Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
Understanding of GTM compensation structures such as quotas and accelerators
Experience with compensation tooling like CaptivateIQ or Xactly
Detail-oriented and organized, thriving in a fast-moving environment
