Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Junior Antitrust Associate for its Washington, D.C. office.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience within a law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department, including at least 2 years of focused experience in antitrust law .

The selected associate will work closely with seasoned antitrust practitioners who have extensive experience representing clients before the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ) , Federal Trade Commission (FTC) , state attorneys general , and foreign competition authorities in all phases of merger review.

Base Compensation : $215,000.00 – $300,000.00 / year
