Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards / compensation package offered to candidates.

Min = $95,439.68

Mid = $119,299.59

Max = $143,159.51

Summary :

The Epic Analyst is responsible for providing analysis, build, implementation, support, maintenance, development and coordination of activities of assigned applications and acts as a liaison between vendors, teams, customers and technical staff. Should be knowledgeable about policies, procedures, and operations in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities :

  • Analysis / Build : Participates in analysis, build, testing, documentation and implementation of optimization or projects related to informatics.
  • Project Plan / Lead : Project Plan development, maintenance and adherence to expectations and cost constraints.
  • Maintenance : Ensure timely completion of routine maintenance for assigned applications.
  • Change Control / Testing : Ensure smooth transition from build to test to production environments.
  • Training : Ensures workflow and software changes are clearly communicated with Trainers and / or end users.
  • Problem Solving / Support : Demonstrates knowledge, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Reporting / Dashboards / Data Extract and Exchange : Interacts with customers at all levels within the organization in determining reporting, dashboard and data extract / exchange needs and objectives.

Other information :

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Epic Certification required.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Healthcare setting with EHR systems in an analytical or implementation role required.
