A Day in the Life
As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you are a key individual contributor responsible for planning, executing, testing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. You will facilitate alignment meetings to drive project success from design to implementation, leveraging new tools and technology to increase automation in workflows and support departmental and organizational objectives. In your role, you will support the overall process quality activities to include CAPA and audit responsibilities. Your advanced knowledge and expertise with innovative applications enable you to deliver insights and actionable recommendations for process and error monitoring activities. As a subject matter expert for critical business requirements and process quality guidelines, you ensure proper registration of product complaints from internal diabetes employees. Your contributions help Medtronic achieve greater efficiency, quality, and value for our global stakeholders. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role.

Advanced Degree and in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field and 0+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $70,400.00 - $105,600.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
