Position Title : Contracts Admin
Essential Job Functions :
- Maintain knowledge of DOT bid submission requirements
- Coordinate prequalification requests for construction projects
- Report DOT letting results internally
- Administer execution of contracts, bonds, required insurance, etc.
- Distribute notices to proceed to appropriate field personnel
- Maintain physical and electronic project files per department procedures
- Extract project estimate data, convert to budget, and upload to ERP
- Confirm bonding, insurance, EEO / DBE / OFCCP compliance
- Assist with special projects as needed
Job Qualifications / Requirements :
Department of Transportation contract administration experience preferredBachelor's degree in a business or construction-related major preferredProficiency in all Microsoft Office programs requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredBenefits :
