Position Title : Contracts Admin

Essential Job Functions :

  • Maintain knowledge of DOT bid submission requirements
  • Coordinate prequalification requests for construction projects
  • Report DOT letting results internally
  • Administer execution of contracts, bonds, required insurance, etc.
  • Distribute notices to proceed to appropriate field personnel
  • Maintain physical and electronic project files per department procedures
  • Extract project estimate data, convert to budget, and upload to ERP
  • Confirm bonding, insurance, EEO / DBE / OFCCP compliance
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Job Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Department of Transportation contract administration experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or construction-related major preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
