The Role

The Core Experience design team shapes the future of Cash App by defining the fundamental frameworks and surfaces that millions of customers rely on daily. We craft the product’s core architecture—from navigation to feature relationships—delivering strategic changes that move the product forward. Our work creates intuitive, performant experiences that help customers engage with confidence from day one.

In this role, you will lead the squad focused on Cash App’s primary surfaces, working on strategy, design frameworks, and architecture—defining the major beats of the product experience. You’ll craft experiences that translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging moments that help customers succeed. This is an opportunity to shape how customers interact with Cash App while collaborating with research, brand, and leadership teams.

This role can be performed from any location in the US.

You Will

• Lead project teams through early opportunity identification through development
• Shape the strategic frameworks that compose the ecosystem of Cash App product value
• Drive end-to-end customer journeys that make complex financial tools feel simple and delightful
• Partner with research and content teams to transform deep customer insights into exceptional product experiences
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams across the organization to gather input, ensure compliance, and strengthen decisions
• Set and maintain an extremely high quality bar
