A company is looking for a Principal Workday Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and optimize HRIS systems including UKG Pro, Workday, and Greenhouse
Perform daily operations of HR systems, including configuration, testing, and reporting
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor HR metrics and deliver insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience with HRIS systems, particularly UKG Pro and Workday
Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to train and support HR staff and end-users effectively
Experience in system integration and process optimization
