Overview
Class 8 Fleet Mechanic — Richmond, CA. Join our team in Richmond, CA as a Company Owned Fleet Mechanic. Day Shift, a 5 / 2 Schedule (Monday - Friday) with flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate.
As a key player in our operations, you will be the go-to expert for performing and scheduling preventative maintenance and minor repairs on Class 8 tractors, trucks, and petroleum tank trailers. You will be provided with the tools necessary to perform troubleshooting of systems and / or components. Your skills will be the driving force behind our success. You will also be responsible for inputting purchase and repair data into the maintenance software program (TMT). Training will be provided on areas necessary.
Responsibilities
- Performing and scheduling preventative maintenance and minor repairs on Class 8 tractors, trucks, and petroleum tank trailers
- Troubleshooting systems and components with provided tools
- Inputting purchase and repair data into the maintenance software program (TMT)
