Overview

Private Wealth Consultant, Outsourced Advisory Solutions (PWC) role at Capital Group. The Outsourced Advisory Solutions (OAS) team enables connectivity between Capital Group Private Client Services (PCS) and Capital Group's expansive financial advisor network, leveraging PCS resources for the benefit of partners and their high net worth clients. The PWC leverages the CG brand through wholesaler, national account, and financial intermediary channels to attract and retain assets for PCS. The Private Wealth Consultant grows OAS sales by partnering with Capital Group's sales force to help advisors close complex high net worth sales, serving as a bridge between Capital Group's family office infrastructure and Capital Group's Wealth Management and Institutional Retirement business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the OAS sales process in your territory by partnering with the sales force to identify advisors who need help servicing the complex needs of high net worth households and work directly with advisors to close business.
  • Srouce new opportunities and own the sales process, in close partnership with the OAS Relationship Managers for onboarding, due diligence, and development of custom solutions.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding professional experience and industry knowledge, including a deep understanding of private wealth and financial advisor needs.
  • Proven record of success as a leader in sales, with ability to build and nurture relationships with colleagues and external advisors.
  • Credible and influential, with strong executive presence and professional maturity.
  • Collaborative, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; additional designations (CIMA, CFP, CFA or CPWA) strongly preferred. Series 65 required.
  • Location

    We are actively seeking candidates located in or near key markets across the Central and Southeastern United States—including Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Orlando, FL and surrounding areas.

    Compensation

    Base Salary Range : $150,000 - $175,000. In addition to base salary, eligibility for an annual performance bonus, plus Capital's profitability bonus and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of eligible earnings.

    Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above compensation and benefit plans.
